How it works
- Book online or call — we’ll confirm your eligibility when you book.
- Bring everything you take to the appointment. Bag or shoebox, doesn’t matter.
- The review — 20–30 minutes, one-on-one, in a private consultation space.
- Your take-home list — printed, current, and written so a human can read it.
What it costs
Free. MedsCheck is fully funded by OHIP for eligible Ontario residents. No fee, no purchase expected — the point of the program is safer, simpler medication routines.
